The Kuwait Federation of Kyokushin Karate is committed to promoting Kyokushin Karate in Kuwait as a branches of the International Federation of Karate (Kyokushin) based on the teaching of Hanshi Steve Arneil who is a long time student and devoted follower of the ideas and principle of Sosai Mas Oyama 10th Dan the Founder of Kyokushin Karate. Senpai Ali Al-Manaseer first meet Hanshi Steve Arneil the founder and president of the IFK in London 2002 (as a white belt) he then started training Kyokushin Karate in his dojo and under his supervision. That was the time when he was first introduced to the International Federation of Karate (Kyokushin) and the British Kyokushinkai Karate training method, system and philosophy. Since then he continued traveling and training in London with Hanshi Steve Arneil and the instructors of the BKK which he meet in the BKK summer camps to farther expand his knowledge in Kyokushin Karate. He was appointed as the Country Representative of Kuwait in 2006 (as a brown belt) and was graded to shodan at the BKK national black belt grading by Hanshi Steve Arneil and Shihan Liam Keavney Chairman of the British Kyokushinkai Karate in 2007.
