Overview

The Role:
Assist the Head of Sales Forecast & Analysis of Sales Quality and Efficiency to monitor and measure the success of Sales Division activities, in terms of voice and data sales performance, budgets, financial control, SLA monitoring, process adherence, and other KPIs. Initiate discussions.

Key Responsibilties:
Develop intelligent analysis and insights on the product wise acquisitions across all channels and prepare necessary presentations on the same for Sales Management & Senior management.
Identify and monitor efficiency parameters for each channel for all products and identify the areas of improvement and provide analysis to the sales management to the last mile.
Develop intelligent analysis from the inventory level to understand what pipeline stock required & how much to be maintained for meeting the monthly demand etc.
Maintain a good understanding of Ooredoo Kuwait sales environment and service level requirements.
Develop intelligent analysis and insights on the cost of acquisitions for all channels and prepare necessary presentations on the same for Sales Management & senior management.
Develop the leading indicators & lagging indicators for all product s across all channels
To have an excellent understanding on the prepaid & post-paid acquisition /distribution business.
To monitor the sales capillary for all products & provide recommendation for new ideas for scaling up the sales
Monitoring of sales incentives for various channels & proposing the same in line with new product
To create visibility on the overall prepaid, post-paid & data sales portfolio across the channels
Identify and lead process efficiency opportunities
Manage strong relationships with internal parties Marketing, Sales channels, operations.
Review the Quality measurement and the post launch analysis on campaign activities and provide relevant information to management
Support line manager for close coordination with Marketing and Communication teams to drive sales campaign efficiency
Analyse competitor activities based on the inputs received from sales team /market research.
Support the line Manager to overview budgets and update throughout the year if initial spending levels change (monthly budget performance)
Actively participate in meetings with Finance to ensure proper close of year budgets and account for on-going expenses
Develop profitability study for each sales channel & present the same to management quarterly.
Computation of monthly commissions based on sales reports, taking approvals & submitting to finance department for paying the commissions through payroll.

Qualifications:
Analyst : 2+ years experience in a similar role.
MS Office applications
Strong Analytical skills
Strong Presentation Skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills Knowledge of the Telecom industry would be an advantage
Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities
Good command of both written and verbal English, Arabic would be an advantage
