Main responsibilities:

- Maintaining documents, files, charts and expenses organized 
- Scheduling meetings and organizing daily agenda for the team 
- Communicating with stakeholders on a regular basis to coordinate different materials 
- Supporting the Country Director and Editorial Manager in day to day operations 

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office word and excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Very well organized with attention to detail 
- Positive and upbeat personality, motivated to learn and develop professionally and be part of a high performance team
