ÂThe Sales Engineer will carry out the below activities:
Â- Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential to increase our market share;
Â-Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers;managing and interpreting customer requirements
Â- speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs;
Â- Persuading clients that our product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and deliverY.
Â- Preparing quotations for the clients;
Â- Negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs;
Â- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions;
Â- Offering after-sales support services;
Â- Administering client accounts;
Â- Analyzing costs and sales;
Â- Preparing reports for Management;
Â- Meeting regular sales targets;
Â- Recording and maintaining client contact data;
Â- Coordinating Shipment and clearance till delivery to the client stores
Â- Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
Â- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;
Â- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education;
Â- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;
Â- Solving client problems;
Â- Helping in the design of custom-made products and/or services;
Â- Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.
Â- Adding new principals and partners to the employer.
* Persuasive skills
* Must be self-motivated and able to work in a team

* Advanced skills in computer software applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP, etc)Â
* Fluency in English / working knowledge of Arabic preferableÂ

* Able to meet deadlinesÂ
* Advanced Negotiation skills
* Proven experience in closing a sales deal

Â* 5 years minimum experience in Kuwait
* Proven sales record in Kuwait
* Holding Kuwaiti Drivers’ LicenseÂ
