Position overview:
Working within the Sales Support Centre team, as a Solution Advisor for Building Management Systems (BMS), working with senior staff members (internally) and senior procurement officers (externally) and will be responsible of the delivery of the high quality Solutions & Bid Proposals on time, and in line with Honeywell standards of quality.

Responsibilities:
Manage one or more enquiries (direct invitation to Honeywell via Sales and/or Business Development Teams) or bids open in response to open tenders. You will also be required to manage the bid process within the guidelines established by Honeywell bidding processes and procedures
Take lead role in Design & Estimation of all BMS System Proposals that get approved in the Bid Non Bid and any other emergency bids
Provide accurate technical solutions for all BMS System Bid Proposals
Work closely with the Bid Managers, Location Leader and SSC Leader (Middle East) to produce the best technical solution as your ultimate deliverable within time and quality
Prepare and use the Landside/Airside TPW Document for all Bids in close liaison with Bid Manager
Take Ownership and Accountability of all BMS Bids
Work closely with sales & business development teams in understanding and assessing customer’s requirements
Work Closely with Honeywell GES Estimation Team in Pune and TAC Team in Bangalore and obtain TRR approvals in a timely manner prior to the L Review Calls for bidding
Must have the ability to multi task and produce desired results in a deadline driven environment Proposals include technical scope, commercial estimates, deliverables, schedules and terms and conditions and other variables to meet customer requests and expectations. All proposal work must be completed according to Honeywell professional standards
Develop the relationship with Consultant, help them in preparing the specification, and develop the design

Qualifications
BTech/BE degree in Electronic and Communication or Instrumentation Engineering from a reputed University
Minimum experience of 3 years specifically in BMS field
Have hands on experience of BMS system
Involved in design estimation of BMS systems – Honeywell BMS system knowledge is highly advantageous
Working Knowledge of all Systems such as HVAC, DDC, PLC
Knowledge of Security or fire alarm system will be an added advantage
Proactive approach and provide customers value engineered solutions and products that help meet the budget of the customers
