Structural Draftsman

• Prepares detailed engineering drawings, shop and fabrication drawings
• Assists in the production of "as built" drawings following receipt of marked up drawings from the project team. 
• Issues drawings/sketches upon approval. 
• Ensures basic detailing of designs.
• Coordination of design and shop drawings from contract / design documents
• Preparation of shop drawings of reinforcement, sheet piles, structural or formwork for all civil works.
• Co-ordination of structural drawings with architectural design as per existing finishes
• Preparation of structural drawing & formwork drawing and updating them as per site changes 

Architectural Draftsman

• Wide knowledge with architectural designs
• Can read and translate production drawings
• Preparing Shop drawings and As built drawings for approval
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings for residential and commercial construction projects.
• Create architectural drawings based on building specifications, calculations and sketches.
• Analyze building specifications, codes, space to create architectural design.
• Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data.
• Lay out and plan interior room arrangements for commercial buildings using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software.

Personal Profile:

• At least 2 years experience in GCC countries as Structural/Architectural Draftsman
• Having involved in Construction project (Low/High rise building project & housing project)
• Preferably someone who can join immediately
