Urgently requires Ticketing Staffs who has following skills:

·         Minimum 8 years experience in this role

·         Knowledge and experience of all aspects of the Sabre and Galileo

·         Excellent customer service skills

·         Experience arranging international travel for clients.

·         Capability to setup ticketing and exchange tickets

Roles and Responsibilities:

 As a ticketing staff, you will be responsible for answering phone, booking ticket or hotel reservation for customers by GDS system. 

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -

·         Provide ticketing for clients and making every component of a trip as seamless as possible

·         Listen and guide the conversation to solve problems in a timely manner with all types of customers in all circumstances

·         Be responsive to client’s needs and issue resolution with excellent communication and follow up
