ACI Grade I - Concrete Field Testing Technician

A Concrete Field Testing Technician—Grade I is an individual who has demonstrated the knowledge and ability to properly perform and record the results of seven basic field tests on freshly mixed concrete.

The program requires covers the following topics:
- Fundamentals of concrete
- Sampling fresh concrete
- Slump of fresh concrete
- Temperature of fresh concrete
- Making and curing concrete specimens
- Density of fresh concrete / Yield
- Air content of concrete by pressure method
- Air content of concrete by volumetric method
- Laboratory practice sessions
- ACI performance and written examinations
