Join Coach Charlette to learn how to manage, prevent and reduce low back pain. Charlette is a Back4Good® practitioner, a 'BackCare Professional' and is specially trained to help people with low back pain. During this workshop, you will move through exercises that will challenge your core strength and tone your body whilst learning some anatomy of the spine. This workshop is for anyone with low back pain that is exercising regularly, that would like to return to exercise, anyone that would like to strengthen their spine, reduce pain levels or learn how to prevent back pain. This workshop will teach you how to move safely and confidently and how you can reduce the level of pain you currently have.
