(Hand-On) You will try and learn how to make :
- Steak.
- Chicken Breast.
- Salmon.
- Potato Wedges.
- Healthy Mash Potato
- Pilau Rice.
Then you will apply "Health Studio's Touches" on all the above in terms of seasoning , preparing and cooking.
