Khalthomiyat - Rehab Metawi Musical Show

On the first Thursday of every month, the date will be renewed with a selection of songs by Kawkab Al-Sharq (Planet of the East) Umm Kulthum, with the voices of a selection of talented artists from the Cairo Opera House in Egypt, led by Maestro Dr. Emad Ashour and a classical Arabic music ensemble of 20 musicians.

In this month’s concert, we will accompany the delicate voice of Rehab Metawi. A graduate of the Higher Institute of Arabic Music at the Academy of Arts in Egypt and currently preparing her master’s thesis, Rehab has joined Umm Kulthum Ensemble during her studies, taking part in many concerts held in Egypt and around the world led by Maestro Sami Nasir. Rehab was also chosen to take part in a commemorative concert for Umm Kulthum held at the Arab World Institute in Paris in 2000.
