During the workshop, we are talking about the history and the philosophy of mala & misbaha & praying beads. 

Each participant receives a booklet, stone charts and the necklace she designs.

This workshop is a social gathering during 3.5 hours. 

We have food & soft drinks during the workshop. 

Workshop includes  practicing “sufi breathing” relating to the “vargus nerve” with meditation.
