The Lamaze

The Lamaze workshops offered by our Childbirth Education Program

(in English language) will address your concerns about pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding and early parenting.

They will provide you with comprehensive knowledge to understand what to expect and the skills and tools to achieve the birth you wish for.

A series of 4 Lamaze sessions will take place during the month of April as follows:
Dates: on 2/4, 9/4, 11/4 and 13/4
Time: from 5 pm till 7.30 pm (total 10 hours)
