10 Beggars Arrested

Ten male and female Arab beggars were arrested from Fahaheel Market. Immigration Security officers launched a security campaign in Fahaheel Market based on instructions from Assistant Undersecretary for Residency and Citizenship Affairs Major General Mazen Al-Jarrah.

They arrested four male and six female individuals who were begging for money from passersby under the claim that they are suffering from diseases and are unable to work. They were found in possession of large sums of money.

The suspects were referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action. Security sources affirmed that such campaigns will continue to arrest beggars and those who do not follow the laws of the country.
