2 Kuwaitis Arrested For Trafficking In Drugs

Personnel from the General Department for Drugs Control have arrested two Kuwaitis for trafficking in drugs. According to a security source the men were arrested in two separate incidents at two different locations.

One man was caught red-handed while selling 500 grams of meth (shabu) to a police agent and the other was caught after police set a trap for him and caught him while selling hashish worth KD 900 to an undercover police agent. Police then raided the homes of both men and in the fi rst incident seized 2.5 kilos of meth from the fi rst suspect and 250 grams of hashish from another. Both men have been handed over to the General Department of Drugs Control.
