2 Kuwaitis Assaulting Each Other Inside A Paci Office

Two Kuwaitis have been detained for interrogation for assaulting each other inside the Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) building due to previous disputes between them, reports Al-Rai daily.

This came after one of them filed a complaint with the Shuhada Police Station accusing the other of assaulting him and submitted a medical report showing injuries to the scalp, bruises and abrasions.

He added, the beating was so severe that he momentarily lost consciousness and he was taken to the hospital for treatment by emergency medical personnel. Surprisingly when the other man was contacted, he said it was the complainant who assaulted him first.
