30 Expats Caught Begging

Large number of beggars who had gathered around mosques in Kuwait City before and after Friday prayers were arrested during a security campaign, reports Al- Anba daily quoting a security source. He said securitymen from General Department for Residency Affairs launched the sudden campaign and arrested 30 expatriates who were caught begging. They were referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action against them.
