68 Employees Found Violating Immigration Laws Nabbed

Deputy Director General of Manpower Protection Department in the Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) Abdullah Al-Motaw’te has affirmed the arrest of 68 employees found to be working in unlicensed establishments in residential areas despite being under the sponsorship of other employers.

In a press statement, Al-Motaw’te disclosed a team of inspectors conducted a surprise inspection campaign, in coordination with Farwaniya Security Command Director Brigadier Saleh Al-Enezi and several officers, aimed at tracking down those who violated the laws of Kuwait.

He affirmed such campaigns will continue to ensure strict compliance with the laws and take the necessary legal action against those proven to have violated the laws.
