Security Check Tightened For Incoming Passengers At Kuwait

The Interior Ministry has tightened security at all entry points – air, land and sea – to thoroughly check all incoming ‘passengers’, reports Al-Shahed daily. The State Security personnel have been pressed into service to help other security agencies, say sources. The same sources said the Interior Ministry and the General Administration of Customs have stepped up inspection of passports and people who enter the country on visit visas. The sources added, this is part of the security plan drawn up by the Interior Ministry to secure the borders according to a distinct strategy.
