A Gang Of 8 Asian Expats Including 3 Women Arrested In Liquor Factory Raid

A gang of eight Asian expatriates including three women were arrested for running a liquor factory inside a house in Yarmouk area. In a press statement issued by Ministry of Interior, the General Department of Public Relations and Security Media explained that the Drugs Control General Department, after receiving information about the liquor factory in Yarmouk area, formed a team for investigations. After confirming the information and taking necessary legal measures, the owner of the house was summoned for questioning.

The team then raided the house and found a number of equipment used for manufacturing liquor as well as 1,500 bottles of liquor. They also arrested five men and three women of Asian nationalities from the location. The arrested individuals were referred with the confiscated items to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action.
