A Kuwait Citizen Lighted A Cigarette By Burning A 10 Kwd Arrested

A Kuwaiti citizen and his friend have been summoned to General Department for Criminal Security for interrogations over a video that has been circulating in social networking websites in which he is seen burning a KD10 currency note to light his cigarette, says Al-Seyassah. According to security sources, the Kuwaiti citizen was seen in the video setting a KD10 currency note on fire and using it to light his cigarette, saying, “I do not want KD 10. I am burning it for those who are waiting for their salaries”. Many Kuwaiti citizens criticized the video and demanded his immediate arrest even if the currency note is forged.
