A Kuwaiti Businessman Arrested For Issuing A Dud Cheque

The Misdemeanor Court has sentenced a Kuwaiti businessman, father of a current Member of Parliament to three years imprisonment for issuing a dud cheque for KD 300,000, reports Al-Shahed daily. It has been reported several similar lawsuits have been filed against the businessman. He has been convicted in some of them while other are still being looked into by the court.
