A Kuwaiti Lady Accused A German Doctor Of Cheating

A Kuwaiti lady accused a German doctor of cheating after she took KD 900 to process student’s visa on her behalf. The citizen told officers at the Maidan Hawalli police station the German lady disappeared with KD 900 after she had promised to process the student’s visa. A case was registered.
