Al Bustan Restaurant Launched Bbq

The Al Bustan Terrace and Restaurant launched Wednesday night its BBQ season with the attendance of invited guests, members of the media and diners. The popular British Trio Jazz band performed during the dinner. The lavish spread of the international buffet comprised of different variety of salads, soups, cold cuts and hot food with a generous selection of mouth-watering sweet desserts and fruits.

A pasta section was also available with thin crust fresh baked pizza. The terrace outdoor showcased fresh seafood cooked according to the diners tastes, traditional cuisine and dishes such as Shawarma, Kebabs, Tandoori, roasted meat and Japanese deep fried tempura. The bar also prepared a variety of mocktails in the likeness of Mojito prepared in different flavors.

“BBQ Wednesday is one of the hotel’s most attended events during the week with full house reservations ahead of the day. We boast carefully handpicked dishes and international cuisines that will definitely cater to diners who prefer selections and variety and with importance to satisfying tastes,” commented Marketing Assistant Tomaz Cermak.

Aside from BBQ Wednesday, Al Boom Restaurant also introduced its seafood night Tuesday and will launch steak night in October. Food and Fun Friday will commence on 15 September with buffet and cooking activities for kids on the side. The Sky Lounge offers sushi and lights snacks and venue for several events and important occasions.
