Amir To Deliver Speech On Last Ten Days Of Ramadan

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah is scheduled on Monday to deliver a speech on the occasion of the last ten days of the Holy Month of Ramadan at 08:00 p.m. local-time.
