An Asian Expatriate Died When A Vehicle Hit Him While He Was Crossing Sixth Ring Road

An Asian expatriate died when a vehicle hit him while he was crossing Sixth Ring Road. According to security sources, the driver of the vehicle is a 19- year old Kuwaiti youth who was arrested. When questioned, he revealed that he was unable to avoid the victim when the latter was crossing the road. The corpse of the victim was referred to the Forensics Department and a case was registered. The suspect was referred to concerned authorities for necessary legal action against him.
