An Asian Gets Death For Trading In Drugs

The Criminal Court on Tuesday sentenced an Asian to death for trading in drugs, while a ruling family member was sentenced to jail for an undisclosed period and a citizen to five years in jail and fined KD 5,000 for the possession of different types of drugs for personal consumption. Case files indicate the Public Prosecution charged the Asian with drug trafficking, whereas the other two accused failed to prove in court that they obtained permission to keep the drugs which were found in their possession.
