An Indian Expat Died,awaiting Report On Heart Attack Or Related To Corona

An Indian expat, who was transferred to the Amiri Hospital due to chest pain, was pronounced dead on arrival. The health authorities are awaiting the investigation result to determine the cause of death and its relationship to corona.

According to Arabic media report, he was staying in a building which was quarantined for cases of people in contact with a confirmed Corona patient.

Reports indicated that the Indian had severe chest pain and he was taken by an ambulance to the hospital and it was found that he died.

According to report, smear was taken from the deceased and analyzed to test if he was infected with COVID 19 virus. Kuwait will also review the World Health Organization for consultation regarding this case to confirm whether the death is due to heart attack or related to corona.

It is also reported that around 900 people from the building where he was living is transferred to a quarantine center in Kabd area and another 23 persons from the same building suspected of being infected with Coronavirus were transferred to Jaber Hospital.
