Bringing Baby To Kuwait But Salary Below Kd450

I am an Indian. My husband is working in Kuwait. Now my job visa is OK. My husband’s salary is KD 250. We want to bring our 10-month baby girl from India. Will we get a family visa for baby? If not, is there any other option to bring our baby to Kuwait?

Answer: It is going to be very difficult, especially with the baby already in India, as you are not allowed to club your salaries and the husband’s salary doesn’t meet the KD 450 requirement. Although the rules on the issue are being strictly implemented, you should submit a request to the Director General of Immigration to waive the salary limit and grant you the visa
