Cid Men In Disguise Arrest Dual Character Bangladeshi For Breaking Into, Stealing Vehicles

Tremendous efforts by personnel from the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) disguised as cleaning workers managed to catch a shrewd Bangladeshi who disguised as car-wash in the morning and broke into vehicles and stole the contents and wore expensive clothes and a very expensive wrist watch in the evening and drove in a equally expensive car under the pretext of buying expensive phones from shops, then pretended to bring money from the car and escaped with the loot, reports Al-Anba daily.

A security source said the security personnel follows up and uses all means at their disposal to solve mystery crimes filed against unknown persons.

A security source said CID men spotted the suspect, after parking his old car, was seen walking among parked cars with a bucket in hand to deceive people. He would then chance on an opportunity, look around and seeing nobody would break the side glass and steal valuables. In some cases he would steal cars left in operation.
During interrogation the thief admitted to stealing 14 vehicles, some of which he sold as at the scrap market. Some of the persons who bought the cars have been summoned for interrogation. The thief also admitted to stealing a number of cellphones.
