Citizen Was Arrested For Stealing Mobile Phones In Hawally Area

A Kuwaiti citizen was arrested for stealing mobile phones in Hawally area. According to security sources, securitymen, after receiving several complaints about theft of mobile phones, followed up these complaints and eventually managed to find the culprit. He was found in possession of a number of mobile phones.
