Civil Court Ordered Payment Of Compensation To A Kuwaiti Woman

A Kuwaiti civil court ordered payment of compensation worth KD 3,000 to a Kuwaiti woman for the damages she sustained following a traffic accident. She had filed a lawsuit demanding compensation, insisting that the defendant unintentionally caused serious injuries to her when he drove his car without paying attention and thereby blocked the lane she was driving on, causing the vehicles to collide and then her vehicle to topple. She sustained broken limbs from the accident. The plaintiff counsel Lawyer Zainab Al-Ramzi presented documents including medical reports and layout of the accident. She proved that the defendant was in the wrong and that he should compensate her client.
