Civil Defense - We Are Working Hard To Reopen Closed Roads Within Hours

The spokesman for the Kuwaiti Civil Defense Committee, Colonel Jamal al-Foudri, said that the roads that are still closed so far are Al-Manqaf Tunnel on the Fahaheel Expressway, Seventh Ring and some subways, and we are working hard to reopen roads in the coming hours. 
Al-Fudri said today that the Al-Manqaf Tunnel is in its final stages and will open at about 6 pm on the basis of the report of the project engineer of the Ministry of Public Works. 
He explained that the tunnel Al-Manqaf contains a layer of sticky final need to dry for two to three hours to be washed the road and eventually is opened in front of the traffic and return to normal. 
He said that there are other roads that are still closed and in which maintenance work, including roads and other roads that are witnessing the fragmentation of the continent and the cracks in these procedures are taking stages to open the roads.
