Commercial Flights To And From Kuwait Are Still Suspended Until Further Notice

Commercial flights to and from Kuwait City International Airport are still suspended until further notice, said the country’s Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) in a press release on Thursday.

The reminder was forthcoming after an international carrier announced that Kuwait bookings are open; a matter that DGCA deemed “false”, including private flights.

The suspension of incoming flights to and from Kuwait had been in effect since March 11.  Only Kuwaitis and their relatives were allowed to travel and be processed at the airport.
