Cops Is Looking For A Person Who Set A Net Trap To Catch Pigeons

Environmental Police Department is looking for a person who set a net trap to catch pigeons in Shamiya. The suspect was seen in a video clip carrying the pigeons to a wagon, and investigations revealed the wagon belongs to an elderly Kuwaiti man. He will be fined KD 500 or serve one year imprisonment if arrested by security operatives.
