Court Cancelled The Payment Order

07 June 2017 Crime News

The Court of Appeals cancelled the payment order amounting to KD 5,000 issued to a citizen in favor of a telecommunications company as cost of telephone calls and monthly subscriptions. Attorney Jarrah Al-Shuraika, the citizen’s lawyer, said the telecommunications company filed a lawsuit against his client demanding KD 5,000 fee for telephone calls and subscriptions in the form of a payment order. Al-Shuriaka added they petitioned against the payment order saying there was no debt bond and the citizen knows nothing about the money. He cited the accounting report which stressed the absence of debt bond.
