Court Of Appeals Acquitted A Female Security Inspector Of Theft

The Court of Appeals acquitted a female security inspector of Kuwait International Airport who was accused of stealing personal effects and money from a bag belonging to a traveler.

The court overturned the verdict that was issued by the Court of First Instance to imprison the defendant for five years.

According to the case file, the security inspector had allegedly stolen the items and money from the bag of the passenger while the latter was passing through the security system for luggage inspection in order to board a flight.
