The Court of Appeals overturned the verdict issued by the Court of First Instance which sentenced two employees of Ministry of Interior to ten-year imprisonment. The court instead sentenced them to jail term of three years and four months. It upheld the verdict which acquitted the fourth suspect who was accused of knowing about the crime but keeping it hidden. The first suspect was sentenced to seven years in absenteeism.
