Criminal Court Sentenced 4 Suspects Get 10 Years, 3 Get 5 In Chalets Murder Case

The Criminal Court sentenced four suspects in the Lolwa Al-Khairan chalets murder case to ten years imprisonment and three others to five years. The Public Prosecution referred the suspects to trial on accusations of premeditated murder and participation in murder upon their arrest by the security forces after a bloody fight in the chalet that led to the death of the eighth person. According to the case file, the Operations Room of the Interior Ministry received report that a group of youths were engaged in a bloody fight involving sharp objects and fisticuffs. Securitymen accompanied paramedics to the scene and managed to maintain order. The injured youths were referred to Adan Hospital and the dead to Forensics.
