Egyptian Arrested For Consuming Heroin

Police have arrested an Egyptian for possessing and consuming heroin, reports Al-Rai daily. The arrest came when a police patrol on routing duty in Farwaniya saw the Egyptian fall and by the time police reached him, he was in a semi-conscious state.

The Egyptian was rushed to the Farwaniya polyclinic and was treated of low blood pressure. The Egyptian then admitted to consuming heroin and also told police he threw away a sachet of heroin when they approached him. Police returned to the place and found a large sachet of heroin and sent it to the General Department of Drug Control to take action against the Egyptian after his health condition got better.
