Egyptian Expat Arrested In Possession Of Drugs

A 1978-born Egyptian expatriate was arrested in possession of 60 pills of Rosh drug, 20 grams of heroin and 10 grams of methamphetamine as well as drug paraphernalia. In a press statement issued by Ministry of Interior, the General Department of Public Relations and Media Security explained that the officers from Farwaniya Police Station arrested the suspect, who works as a medicine distributer at a local company, in possession of the drugs. When questioned, he confessed that he was planning to use some of the drugs and sell the rest. He was referred with the seized drugs to the Drugs Control General Department for necessary legal action.
