Egyptian Security Sources Denied Rumors That A Kuwaiti Was Detained At The Cairo International Airport

The Egyptian security sources have denied rumors that a Kuwaiti was detained at the Cairo International Airport for a long time for carrying excess Egyptian money in violation of the law, reports Al-Rai daily. The sources added, the Kuwaiti was carrying with him 30,000 Egyptian pounds an equivalent of KD 500, and when he was told he was in violation of the law, the issue was solved within one hour. The procedures were followed and the Kuwaiti was let go.
