Farwaniya Municipality’s Team Issued Four Citations Against A Restaurant

Farwaniya Municipality’s Emergency Team launched an inspection campaign on commercial shops and restaurants in Farwaniya area which resulted in the issuance of four citations against a restaurant.

In a press release, Head of the team Ahmad Al-Shuraika said the emergency team conducted investigations at the restaurant and confiscated food items that are not suitable for human consumption, adding that a report was prepared recommending the shutting down of the restaurant.

He affirmed that the inspectors of the team periodically conduct such campaigns in search for violations of the relevant law and regulations, and take necessary action accordingly.

Al-Shuraika urged the owners of shops and restaurants to abide by the rules and regulations of Kuwait Municipality.
