Farwaniya Security Men Arrested Four Asians For Manufacturing Ready-made Local Brew

 Farwaniya securitymen raided a flat in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh used for manufacturing liquor and arrested four Asians after confiscating 205 bottles of ready-made local brew and related. Farwaniya Security Chief Major General Fahad Al- Shewai received a tip-off about the activities of the suspects and placed the flat under surveillance until the information was confirmed. Armed by warrant from the Public Prosecution, security operatives raided the flat and referred the suspects with the contraband to concerned authorities. Meanwhile, personnel from the Ahmadi Security Directorate have arrested a Sri Lankan man for possessing 11 bottles of locally manufactured booze. Security sources said the man was caught at a late hour in Mahboula. A police patrol saw the man carrying a black bag and when he was told to stop, he panicked, dropped the bag and tried in vain to escape. He was caught and referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal measures.
