Fire Broke Out At Warehouse

A huge fire broke out at a big warehouse for storing furniture in the district of Jleeb Al-Shyoukh.

The blaze gutted the warehouse which contained used furniture, sponge and electrical mattresses. It also engulfed two other neighbouring houses and eight vehicles.

Civil defence units managed to contain the fast-spreading fire, without sustaining any human casualties, apart from the material losses.

Firefighters put out a fire which broke out at the same area twenty-four hours before the second blaze was reported. A police inquiry is underway.
