Former Kuwaiti Minister Comes Out Clean In Embezzlement Of Public Funds Case

The Criminal Court acquitted former Kuwaiti Endowments Minister Dr. Ali Al-Zamea in a case involving embezzlement of public funds. The Public Prosecution had charged the defendant with embezzling KD10 million from Aref shareholding company during his tenue as chairman. Two other defendants charged in connection with the same court case were also acquitted.
