Former Officer Murdered A Kuwaiti Citizen

A former officer of Ministry of Defense murdered a 1975-born Kuwaiti citizen in broad daylight. According to security sources, the victim was walking to a mosque noontime for prayers when the suspect drove towards him and intentionally knocked him down on the road. He then stepped out of his vehicle, took a brick, and hit the victim on the head with the brick, thereby killing him. This incident occurred in front of several passersby, who tried to stop the suspect; however, the latter managed to escape after committing the murder.

Securitymen eventually managed to find and arrest him. When they questioned him, he explained that he has been in a dispute with the deceased since childhood. With the intention of murdering him, he observed the victim for three days before committing the murder.
