Intefadah Website Owner Ali Abu Nemah Gets Death Threats

Palestine-born American activist and owner of ‘Intefadah’ website, Ali Abu Ne’mah, has been receiving death threats after a lecture he delivered at the American University of Kuwait few days ago on ‘Racial Discrimination in Israel’.

This is not the first time Abu Ne’mah is receiving death threats since the beginning of his activism 15 years ago. He visited Kuwait for the first time based on invitation from the university and BDS Boycott Movement- Kuwait Chapter to mark the annual World anti-Apartheid Week.

He spoke about hidden and open boycott that successfully led to the suspension of operation in Israel by four international companies based on its support and connection with occupation. He also spoke about the Trump experience in the new US Administration and contradictory action of the judges and civil society organizations over his measures against minority groups and immigrants, in addition to his one-state proposal in an attempt to combine Palestinians and Israelis after the idea of a two-state system was aborted. Abu Ne’mah also touched on the role played by Palestinians in America and the website he has established and managing since 2001.
