Interior Ministry Arrested A Pakistani Mandoub

23 June 2016 Crime News

Securitymen from the Residency Affairs General Department in the Interior Ministry arrested a Pakistani mandoub, representative for a public commercial company, for processing residency-related transactions in the department and the Ministry of Social Affairs illegally. Acting on a tip-off, the officers put the suspect under surveillance. After ascertaining the information, the officers arranged an entrapment so the suspect was caught red-handed while going through the motions of completing transactions without the knowledge of the sponsor or the signature of the authorized person in exchange for an undisclosed amount. The officers also found in his possession application forms, passports and other documents. He was referred to the concerned security unit and investigations are ongoing to identify the officers who made the processing of such illegal transactions possible.
