Investigators Have Released Two Officers In Car Chase Which Caused Death To A Kuwaiti Citizen

The investigators have released two officers and two non-commissioned officers who were accused of causing the death of a citizen on the backdrop of chasing him in front of the University in Shuwaikh, when the vehicle of the alleged ‘victim’ overturned and caused his instant death, reports Al- Anba daily.

The accused were released after investigations confirmed that the victim had failed to comply with their instructions to stop but when he attempted to escape his vehicle overturned.

The investigators also concluded that the officers and non-commissioned officers were not responsible for the accident because there was no collision of the vehicles. The daily added until the investigations were complete, the officers were held at the Shuwaikh Industrial Area Police Station.
